Then, follow the instructions for the hardware you prefer to use:
Smartphone:
- Download "U.S. RBC Deposit" from your smartphone's "app store"
- Open the application
- Sign-in using your secure username and personal identification number (PIN)
- Select "Deposit"
- Enter the amount of the deposit
- Take a picture of the front and back of the endorsed check
- Submit your deposit
- Select "Review" to see the deposit confirmation
- Log out
PC with Scanner:
- Access the U.S. Remote Deposit web site
- Log in to U.S. Remote Deposit using your secure username and personal identification number (PIN)
- Select "Make a Deposit"
- Choose account to which you'd like to make a deposit
- Enter the deposit amount
- Select your scanner (be sure it is TWAIN compliant)
- Scan the front and back of the endorsed check(s)
- Submit the deposit for processing
- Log out
As soon as you complete your deposit, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know we've received it. Then, once your deposit has been fully processed and credited to your account, we'll send you a final e-mail confirmation.
