Simply use your phone to access and manage your accounts. When you enroll in RBC Bank’s Automated Telephone Banking you can:

  • Get your bank account balances and search for specific transactions
  • Transfer funds instantly between your U.S. accounts
  • Get credit card, loan, or line information; balance, interest paid and available credit
  • Report a lost or stolen debit or credit card 
  • Reset your debit card PIN 
  • Initiate stop payments
  • Activate your RBC Bank debit or credit card
  • Order checks or get the status on orders already placed 
  • Review Certificate of Deposit (CD) maturity date and term

Enrolling in Automated Telephone Banking is easy!

Just log in to RBC Bank Online Banking & Bill Pay and click on "Customer Service," then choose "My Profile & Preferences." From there, click on "Telephone Banking Preferences" to create a secure Telephone Banking PIN and authentication word.

Not an Online Banking user? No problem!
