Automated Telephone Banking
Do your banking over the phone....with no waiting on hold! When you enroll in automated telephone banking, you can:
- Get your account balances and transaction history
- Transfer funds between your U.S. accounts
- Search for specific transactions
- Initiate stop payments (fees may apply, see schedule of fees for details)
- Activate your RBC Bank debit card or change your debit card PIN
- Get your loan information; loan balance, interest paid and available credit
- Review Certificate of Deposit (CD) maturity date and term
- Order checks or get the status on orders already placed

U.S. Remote Deposit
Deposit U.S. checks directly to your RBC Bank account via your smartphone or personal computer!
U.S. Remote Deposit lets you use your smartphone or personal computer with scanner and high-speed internet connection to take a picture of a U.S. currency checks you receive and electronically send it to RBC Bank for deposit into your RBC Bank account.
